Details: After successfully landing the previous 28lb Common Carp on a single hookbait, I repeated the process, casting back onto the same spot/general area. In doing so was fortunate enough to be blessed with another opportunity. This time I had introduced a small handful of free offerings (tiny fishmeal boilies) as the Carp were evidently present in numbers, therefore a small quantity of freebies were introduced in order to increase our quarry’s confidence whilst feeding, hoping they would take the baited rig with even less caution
