As the photographs show, the swim rebuilding at our Tollesbury water is complete apart from the handrails that will be installed in the next few days. The days of slippery clay slopes are over.
The path around the reservoir has also been addressed making it much easier to move around to your chosen swim.
We still have the issue of the lower water level that we hope to address with our landlord during the coming winter.
The process of removing some of the encroaching lilies has been begun but it is a slow process so please be patient. Please don’t bother to post any comments about the weed. We could kill it all but that would be disastrous for the splendid tench in this water. Feel free to rake out your swim if required and enjoy the sport.
