The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Monday 5th January 2026 at 7.30 pm, Room 4, Spring Lodge Community Centre, Powers Hall End, Witham CM8 2HE.
It is at the AGM that members must elect the Association’s Officials and Committee, and debate any required rule changes. It also provides an opportunity for the various Officials to report on the work of the Association’s Committee this past year.
The official notice has been emailed or posted to all members.
